A full smart-home, media, and automation server: HomeKit, cameras with local AI motion/face detection, a large always-on service stack, and a self-healing recovery layer, shaped by real incidents, that keeps all of it running unattended.

A genuinely self-healing home server: automatic health-checked recovery for every service, a staggered priority-tiered restart after a crash or reboot so the box doesn't thrash itself, and monitoring that was deliberately expanded after real incidents exposed gaps a purely service-level health check couldn't see.

Multi-Agent AI Orchestration Across a Real Infrastructure

A working pattern for running several AI coding agents against real, live systems at once: separate branches, an orchestrating session that routes work and reviews it, and a discipline for when an agent must stop and ask rather than act. Used nightly across real client and personal infrastructure, not a demo.

A real operating pattern, not a diagram: independent AI sessions branch, build, and self-verify real changes across several live systems in parallel, report status honestly including their own blockers, and defer to a human (or an orchestrating session acting on the human's explicit direction) for anything that changes shared, production, or hard-to-reverse state.

In-browser meeting recording built for a real portal, from zero to a tested capture pipeline in one evening ahead of a real next-day meeting: chunked, resumable upload designed around the one failure mode that actually matters: losing a long recording to a dropped connection.

A capture pipeline built and real-tested end to end, including a live bug found only by actually running it, not by reading the code, with the recording available for a real, live test before the meeting it was built for.
