Hi, I'm Maksym Pylypchuk.

I help business owners run their operations more efficiently by handling strategy, data, and implementation, so they can focus on what they do best: running their business.

I hold an MBA from Augustana University and a BA in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration. The graduate work was heavy on business analytics, management information systems and strategy, which means I understand both the strategy and the execution.

I've spent five years at Avera Health, one of the region's largest health systems. There I mapped cancer-care coverage across a four-state, 100+ county region and presented expansion recommendations to executive leadership, and I evaluated and led early implementation planning for a system-wide clinical staffing platform. Whether it's optimizing staffing, building data dashboards, or integrating new technologies, I get it done.
